 教育与研究经历

     1986年毕业于武汉大学化学系(本科),1989年和1992年在该系获硕士和博士学位。1992年7月以来一直在武汉大学化学学院从事分析化学方面的教学与科研工作。其间,于1996年6月至1998年1月在加拿大McGill大学化学系进行博士后研究。

研究领域与兴趣

     研究领域有生物电分析、电致化学发光、光电传感器和样品前处理(包括固相萃取、固相微萃取等)等,具体是指采用新型功能材料(包括功能化纳米材料、离子液体、金属-有机框架化合物、聚合物、分子印迹材料及酶等)构建性能好的传感器、固相萃取基质和固相微萃取探头,用于生物、食品及环境试样中重要组分的分析,其中固相萃取和固相微萃取主要与色谱结合进行检测。

讲授课程

     讲授本科生《分析化学》、《无机及分析化学》及相关实验课程, 研究生《分析化学进展》课程部分内容。参与国家精品课程《分析化学》及教育部分析化学名牌课程建设,承担教改项目1项。主持编写《分析化学》(高等教育出版社)及《分析化学实验》(高等教育出版社),参与编写《分析化学实验》(武汉大学出版社)、《无机及分析化学实验》(武汉大学出版社)、《定量分析习题精解》(科学出版社)、《硕士生入学考试复习指导-分析化学》(科学出版社)等教材和参考书。

     主持国家自然科学基金(与离子液体相关的纳米表面分子印迹新方法研究及高性能霉毒素传感器构建,21775112;离子液体增效的新型固相微萃取头的电化学制备、表征及应用,21275112;基于纳米合金催化的新型高灵敏电化学及生物传感器的研制与应用,21075092;金属表面Gemini型表面活性剂的电化学研究,20173040)、教育部回国留学人员基金(自组装有序超分子结构膜传感器的研究及应用)、电分析化学国家重点实验室基金(新型杂多酸修饰电极的研制及其在生物分析中的应用;金属表面生物物质的电化学研究及应用;离子液体修饰电极的研究及应用;酶在离子液体复合膜中的直接电化学与新型酶传感器研制等)、材料复合新技术国家重点实验室基金(纳米合金膜的超声电沉积制备、表征及电催化性能研究,2010-KF-12)、武大青年学术骨干基金(自组装有序超分子结构膜传感器)等项目的研究。参加过国家自然科学基金重大项目(生物物质的电荷传递机制、电化学行为及传感器研究)、面上项目(基于分子印迹膜识别与增敏的有机-无机复合半导体光电化学传感器的基础研究,21675117等)、教育部博士点基金、湖北省自然科学基金等的研究工作。
